To manage tickets for supporters within your network, you must ensure that you have the correct permissions to access and manage their account.
Please follow this guide to manage tickets within your network. If you have already added the supporter to your network, please refer to slide 18 to update their access level. From there, select Edit > I can Manage Tickets for Supporter > Send Request.
Once sent, the supporter you wish to manage tickets for will receive an email and will need to accept the permissions request before access can be granted.
Please note, if you require any assistance, the supporter you would like to manage tickets for must contact us or email us in to confirm permission for access.
