To purchase tickets online, all West Ham United supporters must register an online West Ham Account and obtain a Client Reference Number.

If you already have an online account but have not yet linked your client reference number, please refer to slide 7 of the guide for instructions.
Please note, you do not require any membership to purchase tickets online, you simply need to create a West Ham Account. Without a client reference number, you will not be able to complete ticket purchases online.
