How do I verify my account?

Once you register, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Please allow a few minutes for this to arrive.


To verify your account, click the ‘Activate account’ link within the email. You will then be prompted to sign in using your email address and password for the first time.


If you have not received the email, please check the following:


  • Your junk or spam folders
  • Resend the email via the ‘Confirm Email’ page in your browser
  • Ensure you are not using a mailbox email address. We only accept personal email addresses, so you will need to register again using a personal email.

 

You should also add ticketoffice@westhamunited.co.uk to your safe senders list to help prevent emails being filtered.
