Loyalty Points operate on a rolling basis and are managed season by season.
For the upcoming 2026/27 season, points earned during the 2025/26 season will remain on your account. However, points accumulated prior to that (i.e. the 2024/25 season) will be removed from your total.
This system ensures that loyalty points reflect more recent supporter activity while maintaining a fair and consistent approach to ticket prioritisation.
Your current loyalty points balance can be viewed at any time by logging into your online account and checking your profile.
