Please include full details of the fixture(s) and the points you believe to be incorrect so that we can thoroughly investigate your query. 


Kindly note that loyalty point queries cannot be reviewed over the phone. All requests must be submitted via email to ensure they are properly investigated. 


As a review may require further investigation, please allow sufficient time for our team to respond.
