For Premier League away fixtures, Season Ticket Holders will typically receive one (1) Loyalty Point per match, which is usually credited following attendance.
For home and away cup fixtures, the allocation of Loyalty Points may vary. Full details will be confirmed within the relevant match sale information published on the Club website under the ‘Home Matches’ and ‘Away Matches’ sections.
Additional Loyalty Points may be available for supporters who purchase within their designated sales window for cup fixtures. Where applicable, this will be clearly outlined in the fixture’s ticketing information.
If you are purchasing tickets on behalf of another supporter, you must ensure their client reference number is entered at the point of purchase so that the Loyalty Point is correctly allocated to their account.
