If you wish to transfer your season ticket to another supporter, you will need to complete a Relinquishment Form.
Once your season ticket renewal notification has been received, please contact ticketoffice@westhamunited.co.uk and we will send over a relinquishment form for you to complete.
Please ensure all requested details are completed accurately on the form to avoid delays in processing your request.
